What do you do?

We search and retrieve information and documents from courthouses and other
government agencies through the US as well as service of process, such as notices,
subpoenas, and citations.

Headquartered in Dallas, TX we network with other agents throughout the US.   We
can give you verbal information if necessary and have the ability to mail, download,
fax, overnight or mail items to you or a third party of your choosing.

I want to know if someone has any criminal/civil/bankruptcy
charges filed against them or if they own any property - personal or
real.

We will need to know:
a) The name to be searched.
b) Last know address or city/county/state of residence.
c) Date of Birth and/or Social Security Number.


Can you get a copy of my Divorce Decree, Discharge of Debtor,
Bankruptcy papers?

Yes we can. We will need to know:
a) Where the documents would be located.
b) When the action took place (approximately).
c) The persons' name on the file.

Why is it so much cheaper for Dallas and Tarrant County items?
Because we are physically located here. We network with other document retrievers
throughout the nation in order to provide full coverage. It may cost more for items
elsewhere but after 10 years of doing this, we have managed to weed out
unscrupulous associates and have managed to select vendors based on
professionalism and performance.

It may be possible for us to research some of the records without
each piece of information listed above.  We will not charge you
anything until you know what the situation is.   If additional research
is needed before the search begins, we will keep you informed.
